Users create a universal taxonomy that is shared across the enterprise as various folders within a Stratify "cabinet" automating taxonomy and topic creation.

The cabinet and its associated folders (each folder represents a topic within the taxonomy) can be imported, created, enhanced, or deleted as business operations demand-all while providing multiple views based on any desired attribute (product, topic, issue, etc.). The software instantly and seamlessly integrates any and all changes, enabling amazingly efficient search and navigation operations. And every task is accomplished via any Documentum interface, so first time users are productive from the start. Even misfiled documents can be accessed, eliminating resource-draining manual classification.
