The Stratify Visual Email Analytics module is directly integrated into the review application and breaks new ground in eDiscovery by automatically analyzing and mapping complex email collections. With Stratify Visual Email Analytics attorneys can:

Visually Explore Email Relationships. Stratify’s Email Maps enable attorneys to easily explore and analyze the flow of email message units (email messages and their attachments) between senders, receivers, and intermediary correspondents in large-scale email collections. Attorneys can select and view message for any individual, as well as between one or more correspondents. All messages sent directly or indirectly between individuals, along with the number of messages sent and received and the identities of all correspondents are directly available.

Discover and act on “smoking gun emails.” Because Stratify Visual Email Analytics™ is directly integrated into the review application, critical message units can be immediately tagged, assigned, or annotated for additional review or use in depositions, interrogatories or as trial exhibits.

Analyze Message Pathways. Email relationships can be analyzed using chronology, message threads, concept and work folders, tags and date ranges to identify critical messages for review. Email Maps can be configured to focus on different intermediaries and relationships, and highlight message pathways between individuals. Attorneys can quickly change sender or receiver to investigate new relationships within a specific set of messages.
