The Stratify Legal Discovery™ service provides advanced, proprietary search filtering capabilities to further restrict the raw or culled data set. Boolean search filters can be constructed using document metadata as well as textual terms form the body of a document or email. Search filtering enables attorneys to include or exclude documents that will be processed into the reviewable universe.

The Stratify Legal Discovery service also detects and processes different classes of duplicate documents. These include:

• Exact Duplicates, such as files retrieved from back-up tapes, which have identical content data and metadata
• Content Duplicates, such as a file that is stored both on a local PC as well as a fileserver, which have identical content data but different metadata
• Near Duplicates, such as versions or variations of a contract or minor repetitive updates to a spreadsheet

Duplicate documents are contextually available to attorneys during the review. Duplicates are automatically grouped together, and reviewers can review and
tag them individually or as a group, which accelerates review and ensures
consistent tagging.
